Our meat department offers a wide variety of meats, hand cut to your specifications, while you watch or shop. Some of the meats we offer are:

- Whole Sugar Cured Country Hams
- Fresh Oysters (Available October – March)
- Pigs feet, ears and hog maws (Available October – March)

We also offer special meats for Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Just come in or give us a call to place an order.
- Honey Glazed Spiral Sliced Hams
- Fresh Turkeys – Hens are 10-14lbs and Toms are 18-22lbs
- Fresh Turkey Breasts – 5-7lbs each
